By submitting an estimate request, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or submit any forms on this site. These terms apply to all customers and website visitors of Auto Cosmetic Solutions.
Auto Cosmetic Solutions provides mobile auto cosmetic repair services throughout Orange County, California, including but not limited to: bumper repair, scratch repair, dent removal, rock chip repair, headlight refinishing, paint color matching, and related services. All services are performed on-site at the customer's requested location.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, including situations where the damage is beyond the scope of cosmetic repair, poses a safety concern, or where we determine that repair is not in the customer's best interest.
Estimates provided by phone, form submission, email, or text message are good-faith approximations based on the information and photos provided. Final pricing may vary upon in-person inspection of the actual damage. We will communicate any changes before beginning work. Submitting a form or receiving an estimate does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service.
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply to credit card payments. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection for unpaid balances.
Auto Cosmetic Solutions stands behind our work. All paint refinishing repairs are backed by a lifetime guarantee for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle. If you are not satisfied with a completed repair, contact us and we will return to assess and correct the issue at no charge, provided the dissatisfaction is related to the quality of our work and not to additional damage, subsequent events, or conditions outside our control.
SMS Program: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our estimate forms, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Auto Cosmetic Solutions regarding your estimate request, appointment confirmation, service follow-up, and related communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive one or more messages per inquiry.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation text. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

By uploading photos of your vehicle through our estimate forms, you grant Auto Cosmetic Solutions a non-exclusive license to use those photos for the purpose of assessing your repair and, if desired, for marketing materials including our website, social media, and advertising. We will not publish before/after photos that include identifiable license plates without your permission.
Auto Cosmetic Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed conditions, or damage resulting from events outside our control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Cosmetic Solutions, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or any misrepresentation of your vehicle's condition or ownership.
